Anu Hospitals initially started as Anu Gastro & Diabetic centre in February 2009, by Dr.G.Ramesh. Initially the strength of the hospital is 20 beds & provided Facilities in the field of Surgical Gastroenterology, General surgery and Diabetes. In due course, due to continuous dedicated care and Facilities 20 bedded nursing home is transformed to 100 bedded Anu Hospitals in January 2011. Along with the existing departments, newer departments Orthopaedics, Diabetes & Diabetic footcare, Pediatric orthopedics, Gynecology, 24 hrs trauma and critical care Facilities, were added. From January 2012, obesity surgeries were started in the hospital. Anu Hospitals is the first hospital in coastal Andhra to start obesity surgeries. Nov 2012, onwards Hospital was expanded to 150 beded Multispeciality Hospital. General Medicine Psychiatry Nephrology, Pediatric Surgery, Oncology and joint replacement Surgeries added to the existing departments.
